Welcome to Firefly! Congratulations and thank you for signing up with Firefly. We are very excited to help you move forward and accelerate your business growth through the digital marketing space. Firefly has already helped hundreds of business owners succeed online, and we can’t wait to hear your success story.

Campaign build – Over the next 2 weeks, our skilled team will be busy preparing and building your campaign. This includes all work carried out to build our targeted ads, keywords, accounts and campaigns including setting up the necessary reporting and code installation to track all of the results. Because as they say – if you can’t measure it you can’t improve it!

Day 1 – Welcome to Firefly! We are very excited to have you on board with us. All the hard work that has gone on over the last 2 weeks is now being put into action and our campaigns are going live! This is the start to your digital marketing success, and journey with Firefly.

Day 3 – We will send you an email and video explaining how our reporting platforms works and how to access your campaign information. This video will really help you understand the key information from your campaign and you can pull up a real-time report when ever you want to see it.

Day 7 – We will send you an email and video explaining how Google analytics works, how you can access it and how you can pull out key information regarding your website and key growth metrics. Google analytics is very important to understanding user engagement with your website and how you can improve it.

Day 14 – Meet Marko – Our COO. We’ll email you a video from Marko and his role in ensuring your success.

Day 21 – Meet Anthony – Our CEO. We’ll email you a video from Anthony.

Day 30 – Your digital marketing consultant will be in contact to book your first Skype meeting to run through your first months results and what we have been busy doing over the last thirty days!

Skype meeting 1 – After your campaign has been running and live for four weeks, we want to catch up with you and review the first campaign cycle. We will take you through your live reporting dashboard ,and explain exactly what has happened in the first month and what all of the key metrics mean. Along side this, we will also take you through the work that was carried out for the last month, along side our plan for the following month. This is truely an exciting time for your future business growth.

Skype meeting 2 – After our 2nd meeting, we will noticably seeing an improvement of results from the campaign. These improvements can be from our constant manual optimisation and campaign changes, applying our bidding algorithm to your adwords campaign, our SEO work is starting to get noticed from search engines and our social media campaigns are starting to gain some real traction as we analyse the data that has come through.

Strategy meeting 3. We will book in a time to meet in person when possible, and go through potential changes for the campaign. The strategic meeting will look into your entire digital strategy with more focus and provide recommendations to enhance performance and business growth. Strategic meetings include recommendations and action points to move forward, strategic campaign changes, future potential opportunities for you including new campaigns, budget changes and focus opportunities.
