Role:
You will be responsible for the social media management, content creation, strategy and implementation of paid media campaigns for a range of clients across a diverse set of industries. Experience in running such campaigns is a must and we will expect you to be able to present some of your work in the interview.
Platforms. Have an in-depth knowledge base across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, SnapChat, Pinterest, Google + and will be required to use a social media management tool such as Hootsuite and others we use internally here at Firefly.
Strategy. Competent in coming up with a strategic direction for a brand. This includes coming up with personas and their needs/goals/challenges, and a strategy that drives value, enhances trust and ultimately impacts the bottom line.
Analytics. Competent in implementing campaign tracking and analysing social media data and refining campaigns or content creation to deliver improve ROI.
Reporting. Competent in creating reports that strategically analyse campaign performance that are sent directly to clients.
Content writing. Excellent grasp of writing, grammar and communication styles in order to achieve audience engagement with a variety of content.
Content Creation. Experience using photoshop or other editing software so that you can create visual content for a range of clients.
Who you are. A team player, constantly striving to achieve excellent results for your clients. You will liaise with other internal departments within Firefly including AdWords and SEO to see how the social media campaigns are part of a full digital marketing strategy.

As the Search Specialist, your main role will be AdWords and SEO focused creating, analysing and improving client campaigns to industry best practice. Ideally, you will have 2-3 years hands on digital marketing, AdWords and SEO experience. A passion for business and technology is a must.
This stimulating and varied role will include extensive content planning and strategy, CMS platform coordination, AdWords campaign set-up and optimisation, SEO on page and off page optimisation, data analysis and implementation, report writing, preparation and onboarding of new clients and presenting thoughts and results to team members and at face-to-face and over-the-phone client meetings.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare monthly internal and client performance reports using third party integrations, software and tools;
– Liaise with Firefly suppliers to enhance client campaigns and understand systems and processes around these;
– Help On-board new clients using Firefly processes
– Build new campaigns (Adwords/SEO) to the best practices in the industry
– Work with internal Adwords and SEO specialists to manage multiple accounts and troubleshoot any issues;
– Oversee campaign performance, identify, recommend and implement improvements
– Track all incoming support requests and facilitate through to resolution;
– Advertising budget management;
– Deal directly with clients through email, phone, online
– Basic understanding of coding is a plus
– Regular improvements to systems and processes
